I’m the Start Page, and your under my power!

Am I the only one that feels… “compelled” to use the start page? Both in Flash and Dreamweaver, I’ll like hover for a few seconds while I decide which button to press on the Start Page… and then I realize I can just CTRL + O. This is like the 2nd time, the 4th time in 2 days that I’ve just sat there for about 3 seconds. I don’t have to use it, but I feel like I should!

Yeah, unlike most start pages this one actually feels useful. I never click on it, but it’s nice to see something helpful when i start up. I see the checkbox to disable it, but can’t bring myself to click it.

    Weird.

Yeah it’s so big and colorful and it’s right there in the middle of your screen. But don’t turn it off – who knows it may be useful one day.

Me too loves the start page. It really reminds me what this new flash can do and which side of flash do I want to go wild tonight. ;-)

Well, i don’t know about you guys, but I’ve always wanted a list of “recent files” that was longer than just 4. Saves you a lot of browsing when you work on multi-file projects. The new version gives you the 10 last files… I’d say it’s a nice improvement?

Just adds to the list of extensions I need to build. I can save the last file closed, and keetp building an array, and then provide you with a menu to select them; WAYYYYY longer than 10 if you wish!

so much to do, so little time… I always say that.
