Forrester Research published a (free, usually $750) report on how to do a Rich Internet Applications correctly. They point to Cynergy as a company that does it right.

They still sell it for the $749. Cynergy bought the rights to the report so we could donate it to the community which is why we are distributing a free version from our site.

I thought the report was good. We are doing many of the same things at Rain interactive in Utah. I’m actually speaking about this very topic tomorrow at Flex360.
Great report. I agree with almost all of it, and have some additional ideas to take some of those principles to the next level.
