About

This is the blog of Jesse Warden, a Rich Internet Application Architect. He specializes in using Flex and Flash to create Rich Internet Applications.

Forrester Research published a (free, usually $750) report on how to do a Rich Internet Applications correctly.  They point to Cynergy as a company that does it right.

I read it and agreed with everything.  It’s short and to the point.  For more context, read the 2 links below.

  1. Thanks for the linkback Jesse. We really hope its helpful, and hearing your endorsement is awesome confirmation. No doubts. The report itself wasn’t made free by Forrester. They still sell it for the $749. Cynergy bought the rights to the report so we could donate it to the community which is why we are distributing a free version from our site.

We really hope folks find it helpful.

  2. Thanks, then, for buying the rights! I know many will find it very helpful; you’ve clearly done the right thing.

  5. I thought the report was good. We are doing many of the same things at Rain interactive in Utah. I’m actually speaking about this very topic tomorrow at Flex360.

Great report. I agree with almost all of it, and have some additional ideas to take some of those principles to the next level.
