In essence allowing the government too much gives the government control of your freedom. Maybe this is simply stated but Thomas Jefferson said, “the price of freedom is eternal vigilance.” Your generation needs to stand up against the laws that violate individual freedoms and recognize too much power given the government takes away any power the individual can hope to have.
