					<description><![CDATA[I dropped MediaTemple a few years ago because their customer service was dreadful. Seemed like their midnight to 6 am tech was the only one there that had any sort of ability or desire to help customers.

I ended up switching my company to Rackspace and couldn&#039;t have been more satisfied. May be overkill for your needs and they are a bit expensive but they&#039;re totally worth it. They really do live up to their &#039;Fanatical Support&#039; slogan. Two thumbs, way up.
