Seemed like their midnight to 6 am tech was the only one there that had any sort of ability or desire to help customers.

I ended up switching my company to Rackspace and couldn’t have been more satisfied. May be overkill for your needs and they are a bit expensive but they’re totally worth it. They really do live up to their ‘Fanatical Support’ slogan. Two thumbs, way up.
