In your timeframes while using different versions of flex you have not mentioned the version numbers. I’m new to flex and I’m going to execute my next project in Agile methodology. Is flex suitable for ASD?

afaik TDD is smth like good practice in ASD.

Are you talking about code that compiles vs. code that doesn’t compile or that is not featue complete? I can’t remember having written more than ten lines, that doesn’t compile, sounds strange to me.
To get a good feeling of progress, maybe you should take a look at test driven development. Kent Beck wrote a nice book about it. It not only helps to create code that works, but also gives you a good sense of progress.
