Yeah, I’m with you on the story. All I do is fight, fight, and fight… and then the plot “accidentally” inches forward when I take a specific job. I play for the battles, though… I gave up on the plot awhile ago. Once I got justification of the laws, I just figured, fuggit, I’ll make one bad arse army just to say I did, rather than enjoy where the story is headed.

I’m a huge fan of FF Tactics on the PS, butthe GBA version left me feeling kinda weird. It’s well done, but where’s the story? To be honest, I got pissed after more or less 6 hours of gameplay because the story was evolving too slowly. I mean c’mon… after the intro story was done (yeah, the part where you throw snowballs…), I only saw a couple of cutscenes, and that in 6 hours!?!

And god! do I wanna try Tales of Symphonia… if only my gf could let go of the GameCube for 5 mins…
